One way to attach a lamp through a thatched ceiling into a concrete ceiling is to use a long anchor bolt. First, drill a hole through the thatched ceiling and into the concrete ceiling. Then, insert the anchor bolt through the thatched ceiling and into the hole in the concrete ceiling. Use a washer and nut to secure the bolt in place, and then attach the lamp to the bolt using a mounting bracket. This method allows the lamp to be securely attached to the concrete ceiling while still being accessible through the thatched ceiling. **
